India β†’ Europe mentorship

Your path to studying in Europe. Real guidance. No templates. No commissions.

Most consultancies give you a sample SOP and wish you luck. We help you build an application around your real profile β€” and stay with you from your first decision to your first weeks in Europe.

What we help with

Clear support before, during, and after your applications

Germany-first guidance, with other European options discussed when they genuinely fit your profile.

01University shortlisting

A realistic shortlist based on your academics, budget, goals, and programme fit.

02SOP and documents

Application documents built from your actual story, never copied from a template.

03APS, VPD and ECTS

Clear guidance on requirements, deadlines, and what applies to each university.

04Visa preparation

Document organisation and process guidance without pretending to control official decisions.

05Parents and family

Calls that explain finances, safety, timelines, risks, and practical decisions clearly.

06First-month setup

Support with SIM, banking, Anmeldung, health insurance, transport, and settling in.

Study abroad costs

A German public university can cost far less than many private colleges in India

The real amount depends on your state, programme, city, rent, insurance, and personal situation. Here is a safer way to plan.

Tuition at many German public universities Often low or none*
Blocked account β€” proof of funds released monthly Check current official amount
Flights + accommodation + setup β‚Ή3–4,00,000
Part-time work Possible under visa rules*
What many students need upfront, apart from blocked-account funds Around β‚Ή3–4 lakhs*

The blocked account is not a tuition fee. It is proof of funds, released monthly to cover your living expenses in Germany. Tuition, work rules, and upfront costs vary by state, programme, city, and personal situation. Part-time income is never guaranteed and should not be your only financial plan.

What nobody tells you

The dream is real. So is the reality. We prepare you for both.

Every consultancy sells you the dream. We also tell you what comes after.

⚠

Much of German bureaucracy happens in German. City registration, rental contracts, and insurance documents can be difficult to navigate. We help you understand what each step requires.

⚠

Your first month can feel overwhelming. Where possible, we help you find Indians or student communities already based near your destination.

⚠

Hidden costs nobody mentions. Health insurance (~€120/month), semester fees (~€350), transport passes. We give you the real numbers before you budget.

⚠

The language barrier is real even in English programmes. Your supermarket, your doctor, your landlord β€” all German. We tell you exactly what level you need.

Important

This is not for everyone β€” and that is intentional

I do not work with students who just want to land in Europe somehow. I work with students who genuinely want to build something with their education β€” their career, their independence, their future.

I keep my student intake deliberately small β€” not because I have to, but because I refuse to let guidance become a template. Every student gets me personally. Not a junior consultant. Not an AI-generated SOP. Me.

And because this decision belongs to your family too β€” I work with you and your parents together. Every step explained. Every concern heard. Every question answered personally.

This is for you if
βœ“You genuinely want to grow, not just relocate
βœ“You are from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 city
βœ“Your family is nervous about the money and distance
βœ“You want someone who has actually done this
βœ“You want honest guidance, even if the answer is hard
This is not for you if
βœ•You just want to land in Europe somehow
βœ•You want a bulk application factory
βœ•You are not serious about the process
βœ•You want it done without your involvement

For students beyond the big-city bubble

You do not need a big-city network to apply well

You do not need perfect exposure, expensive schooling, or a family that already understands studying abroad. You need clarity, planning, and guidance that explains the process without making you feel behind.

For parents

Your questions belong in the process too

We explain the money, safety, visa process, city setup, part-time work reality, and risks clearly β€” without pressure, fear tactics, or fake guarantees. Parents are welcome on calls because this decision affects the whole family.

FAQ

Questions before you join the waitlist

Is this a paid service?
Yes β€” but the waitlist itself is free. Services start at β‚Ή499 for a clarity call. Detailed pricing is on the Services page. The waitlist exists so I can personally reach out to serious students when the first cohort opens.
Why is the cohort limited to 10 students?
Because I work with every student personally β€” not a team, not templates. Ten is the maximum I can give real attention to alongside my full-time role in Germany. If you want a mentor who knows your name, this small batch is the model. If you want a bulk consultancy, this isn't for you.
What if Germany isn't right for me?
Then I will tell you so on the clarity call. I have turned away students whose profiles or goals were better suited to other countries or paths. I would rather lose a sale than send you somewhere you will struggle.
Can my parents be involved?
Yes β€” and I encourage it. Every call is open to parents. Every concern they have gets answered directly. This is not a transaction between you and me. It is a decision your whole family is making.
Do you guarantee admission?
No. Nobody honest can guarantee admission. We help you make stronger choices, prepare a thoughtful application, and avoid preventable mistakes. The university makes the final decision.
Do you guarantee a visa?
No. Visa decisions are made by official authorities. We help you organise your documents, understand the process, and prepare carefully, but we do not control the outcome.
Do you only help with Germany?
Germany is our first focus. Other European options can be discussed when they genuinely fit your academic profile, budget, and career plans.
Are you a visa or immigration authority?
No. The Leap Europe is a student mentorship service, not a visa authority or immigration law firm. Final admission and visa decisions belong to universities and official authorities.
