This is introductory academic guidance. It does not include detailed transcript or ECTS mapping, programme-specific eligibility checks or personalised university shortlisting, which are available through our separately agreed consulting services.

What submitting does
Lets us contact you personally within 48 hours to understand your questions and ask for the information we need for an initial assessment.
What you receive
An introductory discussion of your academic background and goals, an initial view of whether a bachelor's or master's in Germany appears sensible, general guidance on study requirements, costs, language, adaptation and practical challenges, and recommended next steps. Where relevant, we also explain our separately available consulting services.
What it does not include
Module-by-module transcript or ECTS mapping, verified eligibility checks for particular programmes, personalised university shortlists, detailed university comparisons, application management or a written evaluation report. These are covered by our consulting services. The evaluation does not guarantee admission, a visa, a scholarship or a job.
What it costs
Nothing. The profile evaluation is free — the form is only a request for an evaluation and a direct follow-up conversation if needed.
What it commits you to
Nothing. There is no obligation to purchase a paid service. You can decide not to continue after we reach out, and you will not be added to unrelated campaigns or newsletters.
Who should use it
Anyone considering a bachelor's or master's in Germany who wants an initial view of their options. If you are just starting to explore, the free guides may serve you better first.
Not the same as
The Leap Lab. That is separate — live sessions with their own registration, open to everyone. Registering for a Lab does not request a profile evaluation, and this request does not register you for a Lab.

Within seven days of receiving your requested information, we will provide general guidance on your study options, potential challenges and recommended next steps.
If you are a parent

You are welcome to write instead of your child, and to join any call that follows. The profile evaluation is currently free, and we will never make unexpected payment requests through unofficial channels. The scope and terms of any paid service are agreed before it begins and communicated only through official The Leap Europe channels. If anyone contacts you asking for money in our name, it is not us.

What happens to your details

Profile evaluation requests are used only to handle your evaluation. They are not sold or passed to any university or agent, and submitting one does not subscribe you to updates. Ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@theleapeurope.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how requests are stored, which service providers are involved and your rights.
