What submitting does
Gives us enough to contact you properly. We then collect your detailed background directly before evaluating what is realistic.
What it does not do
It does not mean your profile has already been reviewed. It is not a guaranteed admission, visa, university placement or eligibility decision.
What it costs
Nothing at this stage. The form is only a request for a profile evaluation and a direct follow-up conversation if needed.
What it commits you to
Nothing at all. You can decide not to continue after we reach out, and you will not be added to unrelated campaigns or newsletters.
Who should use it
Anyone seriously considering a German or European university and wanting honest guidance on what fits their profile. If you are just starting to explore, the free guides may serve you better first.
Not the same as
The Leap Lab. That is separate — live sessions with their own registration, open to everyone. Registering for a Lab does not request a profile evaluation, and this request does not register you for a Lab.

What happens after you send your request

We contact you within 48 hours
This first form is intentionally short. We use it to reach you directly and understand what we need to ask next.

We collect your detailed profile directly
That is when we ask about academics, budget, timeline, documents, language level and goals in the detail an actual evaluation needs.

Then we evaluate realistic options
Only after we have the right information do we guide you on what looks sensible, what does not, and whether a conversation should be scheduled.
The short form is not the evaluation itself

Say this plainly: this is not a marketing funnel and not a disguised consultancy intake form. It is a short first request so we can contact you directly, understand your situation properly, and then evaluate what is actually realistic for Germany or Europe.

If you are a parent

You are welcome to write instead of your child, and to join any call that follows. Nothing is charged for requesting an evaluation, and no payment is requested at any point over email or WhatsApp before scope and price have been agreed with you in writing. If anyone contacts you claiming otherwise in our name, it is not us.

What happens to your details

Profile evaluation requests are stored in a dedicated database table so we can follow up properly, and are used only for that evaluation process. They are not sold, shared, or passed to any university or agent, and they are not the same thing as newsletter consent. Ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@theleapeurope.com.
